EXHIBITION "400 YEARS OF BOIS-GUILBERT ESTATE", FROM APRIL 26 TO NOVEMBER 2

To celebrate the 400 years of the estate domaine, a unique exhibition propose to discover the history of a norman family and it estate, from the time of its foundation at the beginning of the 17th century by Charles II Le Pesant, until the contemporary era with the creation of the sculpture Garden.

Discover the portraits of illustrious figures from the family such as the playwright brothers Pierre and Thomas Corneille and the economist Pierre Le Pesant de Boisguilbert. Family archives, tables, works, maps and state plans allow us to understand the evolution of this area, part of the landscape and history of Normandy.

Three other anniversaries are celebrated in 2025 :

. The 100th of the last Pégase car cycle created by Etienne d'Arboval, grandfather of the family, who was mayor of the village ;

. The 60th anniversary of the poney club created by Louis de Pas, precursor of pony riding ;

. The 40th anniversary of the design of the garden by Jean-Marc de Pas, on 7 hectares, to bring his family estate to life, share and open it to the public.

Conferences and concerts linked to the 400 years of the estate, organized during spring events and the "A Musical summer in the Garden" Festival.

Bois-Guilbert Rétro, 16TH EDITION, SUNDAY AUGUST 24 FROM 10 A.M TO 6 P.M.

Gathering of more than 150 old cars and prestigious cars in the garden, near the château.

For this 16th edition, we invit exhibitors and visitors to come in costume !

Visit the garden to admire these exceptional cars and chat with car enthusiasts. Community catering on site. Vehicule registration prior to the event is mandatory.

Présentation of the last Pégase brand cyclecar created by Etienne d'Arboval, registered in 1925, whose centenary we are celebrating, with a complete restoration project, first stage of the future small automobile and motoculture museum of the 1920 1930s : a fundraising campaign participatory is launched in this objective, with the Heritage Foundation, with tax deductions of 66% and rewards to be discovered here.
